Returns Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Returns are accepted only for items that are not clearance items and not marked as final sale. Bedding accessories such as pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors, and similar items are non-returnable once opened or used.
If a return is required due to an error on our part (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item), Esteller will arrange or reimburse the return shipping at no additional cost. In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. You should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days from the date the returned item is approved. Refund timelines may vary depending on your original payment method and financial institution.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@esteller.sg with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide further instructions once your request has been reviewed.
Shipping
Esteller offers delivery within Singapore and selected international destinations. International shipping availability, delivery timelines, and fees may vary depending on destination, product dimensions, weight, and logistics requirements.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided based on product availability and delivery scheduling. For international orders, shipping costs and delivery timelines will be confirmed separately after order placement and prior to shipment arrangement.
Shipping fees are calculated based on factors including item weight, size, destination, and delivery requirements. All applicable delivery charges will be clearly communicated before shipment is arranged or confirmed.
