Return & Refund Policy

At Esteller, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may submit a return request within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Refund Calculation

We aim to maintain transparent and fair pricing for all customers. As such, return-related costs are applied only when a return is requested.

Approved refunds are calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Final Paid Price
− Delivery Fee (SGD 80 per item)
− Restocking Fee (20% of Final Paid Price)

Please note:

  • Original delivery surcharges, including but not limited to assembly fees, delivery timing fees, location surcharges, or staircase charges, are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In resalable condition

  • In original, unopened packaging with all components intact


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Customized or indent products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products that require on-site assembly

  • Modular wardrobes and bedroom sets

  • Items that have been opened, assembled, used, stained, washed, or damaged

Esteller reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items and to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria or is deemed unsuitable for resale.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Additional Return Charges

If return collection requires special logistics arrangements, additional charges may apply in accordance with our standard delivery rates, including but not limited to:

  • Staircase surcharge for premises without lift access

  • Location surcharge for restricted or selected zones

  • After-hours surcharge for collections requested after 7:00 PM

Any applicable charges will be communicated prior to scheduling the return pickup.


Return Process

  1. Request Submission
    Contact us at hello@esteller.sg within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Return Scheduling
    Upon approval, our team will arrange a return pickup date and time based on logistics availability.

  3. Return Location
    Returns are applicable for local orders within Singapore mainland only.
    Walk-in returns are not accepted without prior arrangement.


Refund Timeline

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Credit Card / Installment Payments:
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery:
    Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 working days.

  • PayPal:
    Refunds will be processed according to PayPal’s standard processing timelines.

Actual refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
