What products do you offer?

At Esteller, we offer a collection of furniture designed for residential use.

Our product range includes sofas, sectional sofas, recliner sofas, beds, armchairs, dining furniture, and other home furnishing products available in various sizes, colours, materials, and configurations.

Each product is supplied according to the specifications selected at the time of purchase. Product details, dimensions, materials, included components, and available options are provided on the respective product pages.

Our products are intended for standard residential use and are supplied according to the specifications selected during checkout.

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your desired products, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days within Singapore.

Orders below SGD $500 are subject to a shipping fee of SGD $50. Orders of SGD $500 and above qualify for free delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only deliver within Singapore. We may expand our delivery coverage in the future.

Do you have a furniture showroom in Singapore?

Yes. Esteller has a furniture showroom at Sembawang Shopping Centre, where customers can view selected furniture collections in person, explore materials and colours more closely, and receive assistance from our team.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been successfully completed.

What is your return window?

Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all included components and accessories.

Who pays for return shipping?

Esteller offers free return shipping or collection for eligible approved returns. For larger furniture items, collection arrangements may be provided where applicable.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. Esteller does not charge any restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Can I collect my order from your showroom?

Where available, customers may select in-store pickup during checkout. Customers will receive a notification once their order is ready for collection.
