Returns Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and undamaged
- In resalable condition
- In original, unopened packaging with all components intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Customised or indent products
- Clearance or sale items
- Products that require on-site assembly
- Modular wardrobes and bedroom sets
- Items that have been opened, assembled, used, stained, washed, or damaged
Esteller reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items and to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria or is deemed unsuitable for resale.
Return Shipping
If a return is required due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item received), Esteller will arrange or reimburse return shipping at no additional cost. In all other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return is approved. Timelines may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Email us at hello@esteller.sg with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Esteller delivers within Singapore. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided based on product availability and delivery scheduling.
