Returns Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Returns are accepted only for items that are not clearance items and not marked as final sale. Bedding accessories such as pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors, and similar items are non-returnable once opened or used.
If a return is required due to an error on our part (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item), Esteller will arrange or reimburse the return shipping at no additional cost. In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. You should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days from the date the returned item is approved.
