Esteller offers delivery within Singapore. Free delivery applies to orders with a minimum purchase value of SGD 500, subject to delivery accessibility conditions.
To qualify for free delivery, the delivery location must be accessible by elevator or lift on the same level as the lift landing, or located on the same level as the goods loading or unloading area. If the delivery location does not meet these conditions, additional delivery charges may apply.
For orders that do not qualify for free delivery, standard delivery fees are calculated based on the final invoice amount and will be shown or confirmed before delivery is arranged.
Additional surcharges may apply for selected delivery requirements, including after-hours delivery, Saturday delivery, staircase delivery, selected locations such as Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, and military camps, or other site conditions that require special handling.
All deliveries are handled by Esteller or our appointed logistics partners to ensure proper handling of furniture items. Customers will be informed of any applicable surcharges prior to delivery arrangement whenever possible.
You may submit a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to our return eligibility conditions. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, in resalable condition, and kept in their original, unopened packaging with all components intact.
Approved refunds are calculated based on the final paid price, less any applicable return-related costs. These may include an SGD 80 delivery or collection fee per item, a 20% restocking fee, and any applicable original delivery surcharges, assembly fees, timing fees, location surcharges, or staircase charges.
The following items are strictly non-returnable: customized or indent products, clearance or sale items, products that require on-site assembly, modular wardrobes and bedroom sets, and items that have been opened, assembled, used, stained, washed, or damaged.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@esteller.sg within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, our team will arrange a return pickup date and time based on logistics availability. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Esteller reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items and to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria or is deemed unsuitable for resale.
If a return is required due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item received), Esteller will arrange or reimburse return shipping at no additional cost. In all other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return is approved. Timelines may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
